Long Stroke Press​

FOR PLASTICS, CARDBOARD, FIBERS, ETC​

Specially designed to pack all kinds of hollow products such as bottles. This type of press can combine pressing and draining at the same time, since it has a tray in the lower part responsible for collecting those liquid residues that have been released during the compression cycle. With a production capacity of up to 6 bales/hr of 150kg each bale, depending on the densities of the material. With a compaction ratio of 24:1 in boxes of 800*600*1200mm and 1500*760*1500mm.

Textile Press

Specially built to meet the packaging demands of the textile recycling industry, manufacturers, recyclers, exporters and traders. With a capacity of up to 1000 Kg/hr with measurements of 1*.6*1.05 mt per bale using a force of 60,000 up to 120,000 lbs of pressure and adjustable sizes of the bales in all models in order to guarantee the desired volume to avoid dead spaces in containers or storage warehouses.

Special Press For Fibers

PAPER, CARDBOARD
Due to its design, it is mainly used for the treatment and recycling of cardboard, widely used in supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, printing stores and other facilities to treat waste in large quantities. In a single 500kg bale it can compact hundreds of cartons with the size of 1.5*.75*1.2mt per bale, the volume reduction is about 12:1 for plastic film or pressboard; which translates into labor and transportation savings.

Press For Drums And Drums

The drum press uses strong hydraulic pressure to compress almost all kinds of steel/aluminum drums or barrels of different sizes. It has a capacity of up to 40-60 pieces per hour, 220L barrels at a compression rate of 30 tons.

Mini Press For Low Density Bales

BALES 40 TO 80 KG
It is an ideal option for reducing the accumulated volume of waste in sample rooms, stores, warehouses, supermarkets, ships, industrial plants, offices, and even homes. With a low average height, it is a perfect choice for low ceiling installations. Our equipment can compact waste material up to 10:1 of its volume and produce bale sizes up to .9*.7*.6 mt over 80 kg.

Horizontal Presses

This type of presses are for high production, which are fed from the top by means of a conveyor belt (which allows you to obtain a higher rate of performance and utility, avoiding the human factor), we have semi and fully automated equipment. Ideal for practically any type of recyclable material; It can reach a production ranging from 1ton to 20 tons per hour.

Its high feeding capacity makes this type of press an ideal equipment for recycling bulky waste, such as cardboard and many other fibrous products.

It has a fully automated compression system, tied with steel cables, bale ejection and electrical functions controlled by PLC, it is used to compact large volumes of recyclable material up to 1 ton per hour with a 7.5 KW motor, there are options to improve the performance and increase the weight of the bales using hydraulic units of up to 60KW and conveyor belts, increasing output to 10 bales/hour weighing up to 1000kg each. Likewise, you can adjust the length of the bale up to 2 mt. It has a wide feeding opening up to 1800mm x 1100mm. It is an ideal option for recycling facilities and manufacturers of cardboard, paper, distribution centers, among others.

Bagging Press

BALES 5 TO 35 KG

Ideal for the compression and packaging of textile, agricultural and livestock waste in dense square bales. Equipped with PLC control, on/off button, sensor in the hopper and an estimated production of 80 bales per hour ranging from 5 Kg with measurements of .4*.3*.1 mt to .7*.4*. 31g mt.

Applications: Rags, textiles, shredded straw, as well as small items such as wood chips, cottonseeds, fibers, sawdust, rice hulls, coconut fiber, peanut shells, and paper scraps.
